A French Canadian named Pierre (George in English) decided to start selling his wares in the United States. George made his way down the coastline and had an appointment with a purchasing agent in New Jersey. He waited in the receiving lobby all day and at 5:00 p.m. the lights and receptionist left, leaving George there alone. George saw a light in the purchasing agents room and he shouted "AU". The purchasing agent was an Italian and shouted back "WA?" Hence the name AUWA came into existence. AUWA is about a little bit of humor and a lot of commitment. |
